The Lanney Pillar at the Allport Library and Museum of Fine Arts is open until 25 June 2022. Experience the story of William Lanney as it’s never been told before.

Can’t come to an exhibition in person? Go behind the scenes with the Allport Curator and artists online.

Or, for the kids:

Visit Eventbrite for events at your local library.

Have you ever wanted to join a book club?

We are partnering with Overdrive to bring you two virtual book clubs.

Ben’s Book Club is hosted by bestselling author Ben Hobson and focuses on a new book each month. Library Lovers is hosted by bestselling Maya Linnell and looks at books and magazines.

Each month you can download the selected titles with no holds or waitlist using the Libby App or from the OverDrive website using your Libraries Tasmania membership.

Expect interactive discussions with some of Australia’s most loved authors.
